Is this right for my size business?

This work is built specifically for service businesses with 6 to 25 employees, typically in the $1M to $10M revenue range. If you’re the person every decision flows through, and you hired people you trust but can’t quite get them to step up fully- that’s exactly who I built this for. If you’re earlier stage, the self-guided tools are a better starting point. If you’re larger, reach out anyway- we can find the right fit.

I've tried consultants before. Why is this different?

Most consultants hand you a framework and leave. What I build is specific to your business, your team, and your operating reality, not a template you have to figure out how to apply. The work is done with you, not delivered to you. And the measure of success isn’t a document you receive, it’s the change you actually feel in how your team runs.

How long before I see results?

Most owners notice a shift in the first two to three weeks, usually because a specific recurring friction point has been solved. Meaningful, durable change across the full team typically lands in the 60 to 90 day window. The Ops Playbook engagement is 12 weeks and is designed so that by the end, the systems are in place and your team is already using them.

Does my team need to be on board before we start?

No, and I’d actually caution against front-loading a big announcement. The clearest path forward starts with you getting clarity on what you need from your team. Once the systems are built, rollout happens collaboratively; and in my experience, teams respond well to it because the structure makes their work easier, not harder. They’re not being asked to do more; they’re being given clearer direction.

 

What if I don't have time for another thing right now?

That’s usually the most important sign that you need this. The business is running you instead of the other way around, and adding more onto your plate without building structure underneath it is what keeps the cycle going. I work around your schedule, the engagements are structured to require minimal time from you, and the outcome is that you get time back. not spend more of it.
