I'm Lia Garvin
Spending a decade in big tech, driving Team Operations within Microsoft, Apple, and Google, I was the Ops Manager and managed the Ops Manager that I will be training and developing through this program. I felt their frustrations, I know their pain, and I teach from lived experience not theoretical frameworks.
Working at the ground level of organizations and side by side with executives, supporting countless business owners in streamlining their team operations, and spending years mentoring and coaching, I’ve both identified and solved for the places Ops Managers get most stuck.
