WEEK 1 - FEEDBACK
In week 1 we will look at one of the most difficult situations when it comes to work: feedback; and reframe feedback from something we dread and think of as only a criticism, to something that helps you reach your career goals. So you mean it really is a gift? Why yes I do.
WEEK 2 - IMPACT
Does good work just get noticed? Not in any company I've ever worked in. Here we will discuss the limiting beliefs that hold us back from talking about our work and accomplishments with impact; and rewrite the story so we can bring more visibility to our work.
WEEK 3 - GOALS
Sometimes the hardest thing about goal setting is knowing what you even want. In this module we'll discuss how to set meaningful goals and where to focus our energy in developing our strengths vs weaknesses so you can get back to living your life.
MODULE 4 - CONFLICT
Somewhere on the spectrum of having to be right and completely avoiding conflict is you - and I'm gonna guess it changes depending on what situation you're in. Here we will discuss how to navigate conflict at work to leave you feeling empowered.
MODULE 5 - CONFIDENCE
Perfectionism + inner critic + fear = recipe for disaster when it comes to confidence. Let's reframe it. This week we will explore the limiting beliefs that shake our confidence and how to let go of the fears holding us back.
MODULE 6 - VALUE
Stuck in the trap of being a fixer? You're not alone. Here we'll talk about how to demonstrate the value we bring in our organization to set ourselves apart from the pack.
WEEK 7 - Negotiating
Quite possibly one of the most uncomfortable situations we find ourselves in, and yet, we often don't prepare for it. Here I will share all of my tried and tested strategies for negotiating effectively so you get paid what you deserve.
WEEK 8 - EGO
If I were to tell you that the ego is fueling some of your impostor feelings would you believe me? Yep, it's true. Here we will dive into tools for quieting the ego so we feel more empowered to take action and let go of inner judgment.
WEEK 9 - FAILURE
Not every mistake is an epic failure, but when we're in the midst of it, it sure can feel that way. Here we will dive into failure head first and learn how to use it as feedback.
MODULE 10 - ACCOUNTABILITY
Accountability is the anecdote to burnout, but boy does the word need a rebrand. Here we'll reframe our misconceptions about accountability so we can hold people to it effectively.
MODULE 11 - DECISION MAKING
Waiting to make a decision *is* making a decision, and yet, when we're stuck, sometimes the overthinking gets the best of us. Here we'll learn how to reframe the finality of decisions so we can take bolder risks in our careers.
MODULE 12 - COMPARISON
Hear me out... FOMO isn't all bad. In our last week, we'll explore the comparison and how to tune into it to use it to our advantage.
